 Even when things are going well many of us carry a constant inner dialogue that tends to be self-deprecating. Even if we exercise self-discipline in our diet or exercise, we rarely consider discipline of thought as a way to enhance our health and well being. Yet, how much of our personal freedom is blocked by negative thought patterns? Come explore ways to take charge of your thinking, make changes and feel empowered.

Diane Lang has dedicated her career to helping people turn their lives around. She has an M.A. in Counseling and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the New York Institute of Technology. As an expert, she has been featured in the Daily Record, Family Beautiful Magazine, Health & Beauty NJ, Family and Working Mother Magazine, seen on NJ 12 TV and the national television program “Fox & Friends.”  She has also participated in a reality based Internet show, ourprisoner.com, hosted Generation X-tinet and appeared in various educational videos. In addition, Lang writes a bi-weekly column In the Health section of Health & Beauty NJ magazine and shares her expertise on lifestyle issues on The WTBQ Expat Show.
