Try out 6 different workouts on 6 consecutive Saturdays to help you stick to your New Year’s resolutions in the Hubbard Room at Russell Library, 123 Broad Street, Middletown.  Each class begins at 2pm.  All classes are free, but registration in required and some class sizes are limited.  Please call the Information Desk at 860-347-2520.  The schedule is:
Feburary 2,  Zumba with Lydia Martel

No experience necessary; have fun at your own pace!  Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
