Try out 6 different workouts on 6 consecutive Saturdays to help you stick to your New Year’s resolutions in the Hubbard Room at Russell Library, 123 Broad Street, Middletown. February 9 Tai Chi with Kathy Brenner - Kathy Brenner is an Instructor of Tai Chi and an avid practitioner since 1989. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of health maintenance and self-defense that employs a series of slow, relaxing movements in coordination with breath, postural integration and mental imagery. It is often described as 'moving meditation.'
