Try out 6 different workouts on 6 consecutive Saturdays to help you stick to your New Year’s resolutions in the Hubbard Room at Russell Library, 123 Broad Street, Middletown.  Each class begins at 2pm.  All classes are free, but registration in required and some class sizes are limited.  Please call the Information Desk at 860-347-2520.  The schedule is:
February 16.Gentle Pilates with Rikki Alrutz

Pilates exercises develop strength, flexibility, and breath control. While the sessions focus on core musculature, they also address spinal mobility and stability. Using positions and gravity, we will condition the muscles and tone the body.  Exercises are modified, according to each student's ability and experience with the system.  Please bring a yoga mat and 1, 2 or 3 lb. mini weights if you have them.
