Ugly dolls are stuffed creatures so ugly they can only be considered cute. Teens ages 11-18 can make a personalized, one of a kind Ugly Doll at the Manchester City Library on October 23^rd at 4:00p.m. in the Winchell Room.  All materials will be provided. Come and create your own ugly little companion!
