WLA - Yoga and Fruit Smoothies for Teens

Janice Wilcox shows teens how to stretch, strengthen, loosen, move, be still, breath and relax through the practice of Kripalu Yoga.  Sessions are topped off with fresh fruit smoothies.
 
For students entering grades 7-12 and recent High School graduates.
 
Registration suggested.
 
Bring a mat and wear loose clothing.
