Presented by Kerry Driscoll, Ph.D., Chairperson of the English Department, Saint Joseph College in West Hartford.  She is the author of 'William Carlos Williams and the Maternal Muse,' and 'Mark Twain's Music Box: Livy, Cosmopolitanism, and the Commodity Aesthetic' in the recent essay collection' Cosmopolitan Twain.' She is currently completing a book on Mark Twain and Native-Americans.  Professor Driscoll is an officer of the Mark Twain Circle, the principal scholarly organization dedicated to the study of Twain.
