LibraryInsight, Inc. recognizes the need for strict client data privacy and security. We take great pains to maintain a secure and private database system with the latest technology and policy mandates. Our clients are exclusively public libraries, and as such we are fully cognizant of patron record privacy issues. First and foremost: It is LibraryInsight, Inc.'s privacy policy that no client data is shared, duplicated, divulged, sold, rented or otherwise exchanged or disclosed to any individual, group or corporate entity for any purpose. Further, LibraryInsight, Inc. and its employees do not use, view or access client data at any time except in the rare instance where remedial actions are required on the database. Back up copies of client data are created during the normal course of system operation. These backup copies fall under the same strict provisions as the live operational version of the client’s data in the database.
