Museum Pass Management

The mp.Insight module provides a comprehensive system which allows the staff to configure, manage, and maintain a web based museum pass circulation system where patrons and staff can view available museum passes and dates, and make on line reservations.

Reservations can be made using library card numbers and a PIN, and in most cases, authenticate against your circulation ILS system. When connected to your circulation ILS, the mp.Insight module can be configured to manage patron access to the pass reservation system based on age, fine balance, expired card and blocked status. Further, the number of uses by a patron can be managed monthly, weekly and daily. And, even "No Show " history can be used to allow/disallow patrons from reserving passes.

mp.Insight will only show available dates that are valid for the specific museum, taking into account the museum's operating schedule and other patron's reservations. Thus, patrons will never be given the option to reserve a pass on an unavailable day.

mp.Insight comes with a complete set of statistical reports that can be run monthly, quarterly of for up to a full year. mp.Insight improves patron service and reduces the administrative burden on the staff.

Training
LibraryInsight provides comprehensive training for staff on how to administer and maintain the system during use and how to obtain the various statistics available from the system. Training can be done at your location or via the web, depending on your preference.
